Collection of Property Taxes

Now collecting 2007 Property Taxes. 2006 Taxes began accruing a penalty March 1, 2006 of 1 1/2% added each month until paid. Will continue  to collect 2007 taxes until April 1, 2008 at which time all unpaid 2007 taxes will be turned over to the Clerk & Master for collection. Beginning March 1, 2008 all unpaid 2006 taxes will begin to accrue a penalty of 1 1/2% added each month until paid.
