The Loudon County Beer Board consists of seven members. One member from each civil district of the county.

The beer board is authorized to grant, deny, or to suspend permits to sell beer and to impose civil penalties within the limits of the authority granted by statute.

Anyone wishing to receive a permit to sell beer in Loudon County must make application to the Loudon County Beer Board.  Applications may be obtained at the County Clerk's office.
