Loudon County Adult Business Board


On June 24, 2002, the Loudon County Commission adopted the Adult Registration Act provided in the Tennessee Code.  The desire of the county commission was to bring regulatory control and restrictions to adult oriented businesses interested in locating in Loudon County.  The act requires that all adult-oriented businesses must make application to the Loudon County AOBB for a license to operate within Loudon County.  Furthermore, the act requires that all employees and entertainers of adult-oriented business must make application to the Loudon County AOBB for a permit to work in any adult-oriented business located within Loudon County.  Anyone wishing to operate an adult-oriented business must make application to the Loudon County AOBB for license/permit to operate within Loudon County.  Applications may be obtained at the county clerk's office.

The Loudon County Adult Business Board consists of five members: Van Shaver, chairman, Chuck Jenkins, secretary, Bob Franke, Don Miller, and Harold Duff.
